Showroom Ceiling

We were approached by the SieMatic interior designer to come up with a solution to cover existing ceiling cavity which was made out of corrugated perforated iron sheets. The challenge was to save as much space below the existing ceiling as possible, because their kitchen cabinets were a certain height, and they needed to fit them in below the ceiling. With our AL21 L-shaped extrusions we were able to install our stretch PVC membranes only 25mm below existing surface. SieMatic in-house designers specified textured matte white membrane as a finish surface. All of the track lightings, pendant lights, fire detectors and other equipment have been successfully integrated into our stretch ceiling system. The result is a stunning, perfectly flat ceiling, which is clean and hard to distinguish from a conventional plaster board surfaces. It took a lot less time to install our PVC ceilings than traditional plaster board ceilings, with a lot less mess like plastering and painting.
